This workshop has a dedicated area specially adapted for the use of liquid nitrogen in the process.
Both of our lines are equipped with the same type of pin microniser, but the cooling devices upstream of the microniser are different to take into account the specific behaviour of polymers in contact with liquid nitrogen.
This workshop has a dedicated laboratory with more advanced particle size control equipment that is adapted to the small particle sizes we obtain using this technology.
Thanks to the design of our lines, we can handle production runs ranging from approximately 50 kg to over 20 tonnes.
We carry out our development campaigns on our standard production lines, enabling us to obtain repeatable results during industrial campaigns.
This workshop is connected to a 20-tonne liquid nitrogen tank, enabling us to carry out large campaigns within short timeframes.
