This workshop has various lines that enable us to offer packaging changes in response to different problems encountered by our customers:
Damage to packaging due to transport or storage damage:
- Big bags or bags on pallets with holes,
- Pallets that have absorbed moisture
- Recovery of granules or powder contained in packaging in blocks
- Packaging labelling issues
Packaging modifications due to packaging that is not suited to customer needs.
- Modification of packaging from big bags or octabins to 20 or 25 kg bags and vice versa
- Modification of weight per pallet,
- Modification of height per pallet, etc.
Line for dismantling agglomerates of crushed or granulated plastic materials.
- Recovery of packaging containing agglomerated plastic materials due to compaction or the intrinsic quality of the material (sticky material). Repackaging according to customer requirements.
We can handle campaigns ranging from approximately 50 kg to over 20 tonnes.
